West Salem senior to run 101 miles for local organizations

Kyle Lang raising money, awareness about hunger

WEST SALEM, Wis. (WKBT) — A West Salem senior will run 101 miles from Marshland to Reedsburg in late June to raise money and awareness about hunger.

Kyle Lang partnered with WAFER and The Hunger Task Force to complete his Senior Exit Project.

Lang, who will run a local bike trail on June 23 and 24, hopes to raise at least $100 per mile that he runs. That money will benefit the WAFER and The Hunger Task Force.
