WI State Patrol: Minnesota woman arrested for OWI in Jackson County had four children in vehicle
JACKSON COUNTY, Wis. (WKBT) — State troopers who arrested a Minnesota woman for an OWI Wednesday morning say four children under the age of 6 were in the vehicle.
According to a release from Wisconsin State Patrol, troopers stopped 27-year-old Angelique Washington of Hastings for speeding on I-94. Troopers claim they smelled marijuana approaching her vehicle.
Washington was tested and arrested for OWI and possession of marijuana, according to the release. Authorities claim four children were in the car, ranging in age from 1 to 6 years old.
