Windy & Warmer Today -Michelle Poedel
Monday’s Forecast High: 68°F, Tonight’s Forecast Low: 40°F
Good Monday to you! Winds have shifted out of the south and are a bit breezy this morning. However, those winds will continue to increase as we head into the afternoon. A WIND ADVISORY will go into effect at NOON today through 8pm. Wind gusts of 40-50 mph will be possible. These strong winds paired with lower humidity will cause for fires to spread quickly. Burning is not advised today.
Clouds will increase tonight ahead of a cold front. We could see a few showers late. Lows will be near 40 degrees.
We could see a showers early Tuesday morning. Clouds will then clear and temperatures will be cooler with highs near 50 degrees.
Temperatures will get even colder for the middle of the week! Highs on Wednesday will be near 40 degrees, mid 40s on Thursday. Both days we will see a lot of sunshine.
Winds will switch back out of the south beginning Friday, and this will help temperatures warm. Highs will be in the upper 50s for Friday, mid to upper 60s Saturday, highs near 70 degrees for Easter Sunday!
Enjoy your Monday! –Michelle Poedel
