Winona County reports 11 new COVID-19 cases

WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) — The Minnesota Department of Health reported Tuesday that 11 new people in Winona County have tested positive for COVID-19.

The total number of positive COVID-19 cases in Winona County is 1,015, which includes 18 individuals who have died from COVID-19.
