WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) – The Household Hazardous Waste Facility in Winona is set to reopen.

The facility near downtown Winona will be by appointment only, when it reopens Friday.

The appointments are needed to ensure that visitors are following social distancing guidelines.

Appointments can be made by calling (507) 457-6462.
