Winona man enters Norgaard plea in vehicular homicide case

WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) — A Winona man charged with vehicular homicide entered a Norgaard plea on Wednesday.

By using the Norgaard plea, 35-year-old Adam Anderson admits he’s guilty but that he’s not able to recall the facts.

Anderson is charged with driving drunk and causing the crash in February that killed Winona State student Hannah Goman.

His sentencing is set for Nov. 9.
