Winter festival coming to La Crosse Center’s new ballroom
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — The La Crosse Center’s new Riverside Ballroom will host a winter festival aimed at celebrating our local musicians and culinary scene.
The La Crosse Winter Roots Festival will be Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, in the newly-constructed ballroom. It will invite locals and visitors to celebrate music, regional cuisine, and artisan brewers and distillers.
The festival will include regional favorites from a variety of musical genres, including classic rock, outlaw country, funk, bluegrass, and rock.
Not only will the festival showcase La Crosse County, but it also will promote the new space to meeting planners and other groups looking for a home for their events.
VIP and general admission tickets will go on sale Nov. 1, 2021 and a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.
