* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations of less than one
inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph creating blowing and
drifting snow.
* WHERE…Portions of southwest Wisconsin, north central and
northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.
* WHEN…Until midnight CST tonight.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas
of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
