* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 8
inches.
* WHERE…central and east central Minnesota and west central
Wisconsin.
* WHEN…Until 9 PM CST this evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Travel will be very difficult through this
evening, with major impacts to travel for the afternoon Twin
Cities rush hour and all evening school activities and sporting
events.
