* WHAT…Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.

* WHERE…Portions of far southeast Minnesota, far northeast Iowa,
and southwest Wisconsin.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The heaviest snow will occur from 9 PM
this evening to 3 AM Friday morning.
