Wintertide Loop provides outdoor winter recreation opportunity in La Crosse
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — A new recreational opportunity is now available for anyone looking to get outside this winter.
The ‘Wintertide Loop’ is a new winter recreation path created by the La Crosse Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department.
The path, which starts in the International Friendship Garden at the north of Riverside Park and travels north along the La Crosse River.
Crews will remove snow along the path throughout the winter and other maintenance as needed.
