Wisconsin Athletics extending contracts for Chryst, Gard
Wisconsin Athletics has announced the university is extending contracts for six program head coaches.
Football coach Paul Chryst, women’s hockey head coach Mark Johnson, men’s hockey head coach Tony Granato, and men’s basketball coach Greg Gard all have five-year extensions that run into 2026.
The university also extended swimming coach Yuri Suguiyama for three years through June 2024, and gave wrestling coach Chris Bono a three-year extension through May 2024.
