Friday, Dec. 09 1:30 PM Court hearing in Pennsylvania in presidential election recount lawsuit – Court hearing for 2016 Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein’s request for a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s presidential election, with a lawsuit citing the state’s voting system as vulnerable to hacking * Case no. 2:16-cv-06287 * A federal judge in Wisconsin also holds a hearing in a lawsuit filed last week by a Donald Trump voter and two super PACs seeking to stop the recount in Wisconsin. Over half of Wisconsin’s counties have completed their recounts, with Democrat Hillary Clinton gaining 492 votes and Republican Donald Trump gaining 410, taking the latter’s lead over Clinton to 22,177 * On Wednesday evening, a Michigan judge ended Michigan’s recount, tying his decision to a state court ruling that found Stein had no legal standing to request a recount as she was not an ‘aggrieved’ candidate
