Wisconsin DMV offices closed Monday for training
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — All of Wisconsin’s Division of Motor Vehicles offices and phone centers statewide will be closed Monday for staff training.
The Department of Transportation says the automated phone system will remain available for people to access recorded information. The DMV says many services it provides do not require a visit to a service center and can be accessed on its website at www.wisconsindmv.gov.
Monday was selected as the staff training day because it is Columbus Day, a federal holiday and typically a slower day at the offices.
