Wisconsin, Minnesota U.S. House of Representative numbers remain unchanged following initial census numbers
Wisconsin grew by 3.6% in the decade ending in 2020.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKBT) – Wisconsin’s population grew 3.6% over the past decade.
Falling short of the state’s six percent growth rate between 2000 to 2010.
Based on the latest census, the state will continue to have eight representatives in the U.S House.
Across the U.S., seven house seats will move.
The lowest number of seats changing in 100 years.
Minnesota’s population is up 7.6% over the past decade.
It will also maintain its eight representatives.
