Wisconsin State Senior Championship Bowling Tournament begins in La Crosse
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Local senior citizens took to the bowling alleys to compete in a statewide tournament Saturday. All Star Lanes and Pla-More lanes in La Crosse hosted the 37th annual Wisconsin State Senior Championship Bowling Tournament.
Bowlers 55 years and older competed in singles, doubles, and team events. The tournament takes place over the next 12 weekends with more than 600 teams visiting La Crosse to compete.
The first place team will take home $3,500 with more than $100,000 in prizes given out throughout the tournament.
