Woman uses another’s urine for test, still comes back positive for drugs

An Ohio woman who tried to use someone else’s urine to pass a drug test has been sentenced to 18 months in prison after authorities found traces of drugs in that urine as well.

The Associated Press reports Kiana Wallace, 24, thought she was beating the system when she enlisted the help of another person to provide a clean urine sample for an impending drug test. When the results came back positive for drugs, Wallace was charged and sentenced.

Judge Frank Fregiato told Wallace he wouldn’t allow her to make a mockery of the drug and alcohol testing system.

Wallace had been sentenced to six months in jail followed by probation in January 2017 for drug possession.
