Woman’s body found in Bloomington pond

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) — Police are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body in a Bloomington pond.

The body of the elderly woman was found about 7 p.m. Tuesday. Investigators say the woman lived in a nearby town house.

KSTP-TV says the Hennepin County Water Patrol and the Hennepin County Medical Examiner are also investigating.
